Concentrator Technical Specifications
Main Components:
- Two-stage ductile iron rotor with rubber-lined stratification zone and replaceable machined HDPE concentrate basket retention zone.
- Heavy-duty structural steel frame with rotating elements mounted on vibration isolators.
- Rubber-lined tailings launder; polyurethane baffle.
- Feed pipe with PVC feed well, rinse manifold, and inspection hatches on lid.
- Water manifold including water strainer, Direct Flow Control (DFC) device with 24VDC solenoid valves.
- Installed and ready for field wiring, with manual pressure gauges.
Motor and Controls:
- 3.7 kW (5 HP) WEG IE3 (NEMA premium) TEFC electric motor.
- Vibration isolators.
- Water control by actuated solenoid valves.
- Auto PAC (to be confirmed by customer):

Exclusions
- Civil works, foundations, anchor bolts.
- Site offloading, installation, erection, assembly on site.
- Special tools for installation and/or commissioning.
- All electrical and instrumentation cables and installation to and from battery limits.
- Power, water, instrument air source and supply.
- All drawings and documentation NOT listed on Sepro’s Standard Vendor Data Document Schedule (VDDS). A copy is available upon request if not attached.
- Tailings pumps, piping and valves beyond battery limits.
- Structural steel supports.
NOTE: It is the end user’s responsibility to ensure safety and guarding meet local regulations.
Battery Limits
- Feed: At the concentrator feed well.
- Tailings: At the outlet of the concentrator tailings launder.
- Concentrate: At the outlet of the concentrator pipe.
- Process Water: At the inlet to the fluidization water header on the concentrator.
- Power: At the terminals of the motor junction box and automation enclosure.

- Processing Capacity: The centrifuge typically operates at a capacity of approximately 20 to 50 tons per hour, depending on material characteristics, pulp density, particle size, and operational conditions.
