50 TONS/HOUR FALCON CENTRIFUGE

The 50 tons-per-hour Falcon C Continuous Centrifuge delivers high-gravity (up to 300 G) separation for fine minerals down to 10 µm while operating water-free, making it ideal for gold, tin, tungsten and other high-value metal recovery in demanding sites.

Key advantages
• Steady 20–60 t/h solids throughput (50 t/h nominal) with mass yields up to 40 %, cutting load on downstream circuits.

• Fully automated, “one-touch” operation and wear-resistant modular design keep mechanical availability above 95 % and maintenance costs minimal.

• Compact 1.85 m × 1.85 m footprint simplifies plant integration; no process-water plumbing needed.

In short, this Falcon unit packs industrial-scale capacity, fine-particle recovery and low operating overhead into a rugged, plug-and-produce package—your fastest route to gravity-concentrated profit.
